Service Delivery

Clear work. Clear delivery.

This Service Delivery Policy explains how ORSA CONSULTING LTD organises, carries out and completes its business consulting and corporate development support services.

Our approach
Each engagement starts with a defined requirement and follows a practical delivery process. The work, information required, timing and expected written output are kept clear so that both sides understand what is being provided.
01 / Scope

What this policy covers

This policy applies to the consulting and corporate development support services provided by ORSA CONSULTING LTD, including:

  • Business Review Consultation
  • Business Development Consultation
  • Commercial Strategy Review
  • Internal Process Review
  • Business Action Plan
  • Corporate Development Support

The exact service supplied will depend on the service selected, the requirement discussed and the scope confirmed before the work begins.

02 / Process

How a service is delivered

Our standard delivery process follows four practical stages.

01 Requirement We first identify what you want to discuss and the service that most closely matches the requirement.
02 Information Relevant background information is requested where it is needed to carry out the agreed work.
03 Consultation The agreed consultation or review is carried out using the information available within the defined scope.
04 Output Where included, the agreed written summary, recommendations or action plan is provided electronically.
03 / Confirmation

Before work begins

Before a service is started, the relevant requirement and scope should be sufficiently clear to allow the work to proceed.

Depending on the service, the confirmation may include:

  • The service being provided.
  • The main requirement or objective.
  • Information or documents needed from you.
  • The consultation format where applicable.
  • The expected delivery timeframe.
  • The written output or documentation included within scope.
  • Any specific limitations or agreed exclusions.

If the requirement changes materially before work begins, the scope and expected delivery arrangements may need to be reviewed before proceeding.

05 / Information

Information required from you

The quality and timing of a review or consultation may depend on the information available to us.

Depending on the selected service, we may ask for:

  • A description of the current business situation.
  • The main objective or issue being considered.
  • Relevant business background.
  • Existing process or workflow information.
  • Relevant documents or supporting materials.
  • Any specific areas that should be considered within the agreed scope.

You should not provide unnecessary personal information, confidential third-party information or material that is unrelated to the agreed requirement.

06 / Timing

Delivery times

The service-specific times shown above are working-day timeframes. A working day means a normal business day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public holidays.

✓
The timeframe starts when the required information is available. If information needed to carry out the agreed work is missing, unclear or incomplete, the relevant timeframe may need to be adjusted until the necessary information is available.

If an unexpected circumstance affects an agreed timeframe, we will communicate the revised position as soon as reasonably practical.

07 / Outputs

What you receive

Depending on the selected service, the completed service may include one or more of the following:

Consultation A focused discussion addressing the requirement confirmed for the selected service.
Review Summary A concise electronic record of relevant findings, considerations and practical next steps.
Recommendations Practical recommendations relating to the agreed business, commercial or operational requirement.
Action Plan A structured digital document setting out agreed priority areas and practical actions within scope.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, written outputs are supplied electronically by email or another agreed digital method. No physical goods are supplied as part of these consulting services.

08 / Scope changes

Changes to the agreed requirement

A service is delivered according to the requirement and scope confirmed before the work begins.

If you introduce a substantially different requirement after work has started, we may need to review whether it remains within the original scope.

Examples of a material scope change may include:

  • Adding a separate business area not included in the original requirement.
  • Requesting a different type of written document.
  • Introducing a substantially different objective.
  • Requesting additional analysis beyond the agreed service.
  • Providing significant new information that requires the work to be reconsidered.

Any material change will be discussed before additional work is undertaken.

09 / Consultation

Consultation arrangements

Consultations may be arranged by email and conducted using the format agreed for the relevant service.

The consultation format may include:

  • Online consultation.
  • Telephone consultation.
  • Another practical format agreed in advance.

A consultation should focus on the requirement within the agreed service scope. If additional subjects arise during the discussion, they may be noted for possible consideration separately where appropriate.

10 / Completion

When a service is considered complete

A service is normally considered complete when the agreed consultation, review and included written output have been provided.

Where the service includes clarification within scope, reasonable follow-up clarification may be provided after the main output has been delivered.

Follow-up clarification is intended to explain or clarify the delivered work. It does not automatically extend the original scope or create a new review or consulting engagement.

11 / Professional scope

Nature of the service

ORSA CONSULTING LTD provides business consulting and corporate development support based on the requirement and information provided for the agreed engagement.

The services are not a substitute for regulated legal, tax, accounting, investment or other specialist professional advice where such advice is required.

Any recommendations are provided for consideration within the agreed consulting scope. They do not guarantee a particular commercial, financial or operational outcome.

12 / Cancellations

Cancellation and service delivery

Cancellation arrangements are set out separately in our Service Cancellation Policy .

Where applicable consumer cancellation rights apply, those rights are not excluded by this Service Delivery Policy.

If a consumer expressly requests that a service begins during an applicable cancellation period, statutory rules may affect the cancellation position and the amount attributable to service supplied before cancellation.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict a statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 / Quality

Service standard

We aim to carry out each agreed service with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the service description and information confirmed for the engagement.

For consumer contracts where the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies, statutory service rights remain applicable. These include the requirement for the service to be performed with reasonable care and skill.

If you believe that an agreed service has not been delivered as described, please contact us promptly so that the matter can be reviewed.
